I am an independent arbitrator and counsel with over 17 years of experience in dispute resolution and international commercial and investment arbitration.Qualified in India and based in Switzerland, I bring a distinctive cross-system perspective - common law trained, with extensive experience acting in civil law jurisdictions.I have acted in over 45 arbitrations seated across Europe and Asia under major rules including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, MCIA, and UNCITRAL, as well as under Swiss PILA and the Indian Arbitration Act. I regularly serve as sole, co-, and presiding arbitrator, and am empanelled with several arbitral institutions.My dispute resolution practice covers a broad range of commercial and corporate matters involving Indian law, Swiss law, English law, and other governing laws - including sales, services, distribution, agency, shareholder agreements, and natural resources projects.In parallel, I maintain a dedicated advisory practice.
