I am an independent arbitrator and counsel with over 17 years of experience in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.Qualified in India and based in Switzerland, I bring a distinctive cross-system perspective, combining common law training, with extensive experience acting in civil law jurisdictions.I have acted in over 45 arbitrations seated across Europe and Asia under major rules including HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, MCIA, and UNCITRAL, as well as under Swiss PILA and the Indian Arbitration Act. I regularly serve as sole arbitrator, and also as co-, and presiding arbitrator, and am empanelled with several arbitral institutions.My dispute resolution practice covers a broad range of commercial and corporate matters involving English law, Swiss law, Indian law, and other governing laws, including long term commercial contracts, franchise and distribution agreements, sale of goods, service agreements, agency, shareholder agreements, and natural resources projects.In parallel, I maintain a dedicated advisory practice. I advise multinational companies, family offices, and high net-worth individuals on cross-border matters requiring strategic legal input.
